The nomination period to join the Friends of Camp Sacramento Board of Directors is now open!
If you are interested in running for the Board of Directors, please submit your name in writing to our Board Secretary and Nominations Committee Chair, James Lewis at Secretary@friendsofcampsacramento.org by Nov. 15, 2019.
Elections will be held at our Annual Meeting, otherwise known as the Santa Breakfast, on Saturday, Dec. 7 at the Coloma Community Center.
Board membership is open to Friends of Camp Sacramento members. As a board member, we ask that you attend our board meetings, volunteer for 1-2 Wine & Cheese socials, and participate in our committees (camp improvement, membership, etc.).
There are five open seats on the board with three year terms that begin in January of 2019. If elected, you will join a group of volunteers who are dedicated to strengthening families, building community, and connecting people to nature through the experience of camping.
